Gandhi Series – Nature boardered with floral design

The current design was when Bimal Jalan was the Governor. All the notes underwent a major design change and this series is called the Gandhi Series

Obverse: Gandhi in watermark window on the left. Emblem on the lower left corner. Bust of Gandhi on the right. The value 20 in the center.

Reverse: Nature [Palm trees along with water bay] boardered with floral design. The language panel next to watermark with value in 15 languages

Numbering Convention: Prefix of 3 characters in single line. First one Numeric with 2 Alphabet.
