2015 125th Birth Anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru
The second coin to be put into circulation in 2015 was that of Jawaharlal Nehru. This is the 3rd time that a coin to commemorate Nehru is issued. The other 2 being on the Death in 1964 and Birth Centenary in 1989

design of olive leaves branch on its left and right sides at the center, with

"2015" is written below the image of the monument. The inscription
"GOLDEN JUBILEE 1965 OPERATIONS" in English on the lower periphery.

ReplyDelete7 months on there seems to be no clue about the 5 rupees bhel begum Akhtar and JN Tata coins. Even on searching for images the same images are being shown on the website and no new images are seen at all.has anyone of you got these coins in circulation?
